ANDREA N. MAHONEY is an associate with Olsen & Traeger, LLP specializing in estate and trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, probate, and commercial litigation.  She began her practice focusing on Elder Law issues. While in law school, Ms. Mahoney was the only student member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Her studies emphasized issues concerning the elderly, estate planning and tax matters, and estate and trust litigation. After law school, Ms. Mahoney became employed with a premier law firm focusing on these issues. Ms. Mahoney also gained experience practicing complex commercial litigation for a number of years. She successfully tried and arbitrated various cases and has successfully argued three cases to the Colorado Court of Appeals. Her extensive commercial litigation experience, coupled with her knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and the law have greatly enhanced her ability to litigate in this very specialized area of estate and trust litigation.  Since becoming employed with Olsen & Traeger, LLP, Ms. Mahoney has successfully litigated complex, contested estate matters.

Andrea was selected by her peers to the 2009 Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars, for attorneys under the age of 40.
