DOUGLAS J. TRAEGER is a partner in Olsen & Traeger, LLP specializing in estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, and personal injury. Mr. Traeger is a lecturer and speaker on will contests, trusts, wills and probate litigation matters.  Mr. Traeger is highly experienced as a trial attorney and devotes approximately 60% of his practice to litigation. He is a member of the Statutory Revisions Committee of the Estate and Trust Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Arapahoe and Jefferson County Bar Associations. He is a founder of the National Association of Counsel for Children. He is also a member in the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, Inc., a former board member of the Riverside-Ft. Logan Memorial Day Soccer Tournament benefiting the Children's Division of Ft. Logan Mental Health Facility, and a former President, Soccer Coach and Referee of the Riverside Soccer Association.
