LEIA G. URSERY is an associate at Olsen & Traeger, LLP, specializing in estate administration, estate planning, conservatorships and guardianships, and estate and trust litigation. Ms. Ursery graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law, in May 2004 and obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver, Graduate Tax Program, in June 2010. During her last year of law school, she served as the law clerk for the Honorable Judge C. Jean Stewart of the Denver Probate Court. Ms. Ursery began her practice at Olsen & Traeger, LLP, in October 2004. She shares her practice equally between estate planning and estate and trust litigation and administration issues.
